Do you book multiple events for a single weekend?

We work hard to ensure every client gets the utmost attention and service they need to entrust us with their event.  While my team can take on more than one event on a particular weekend, we are selective based on the needs of each production.  

Are you fully insured?

ShaFox Weddings & Events, LLC carries a $2 million insurance policy.  This is to protect our clients, vendors, and the company.

Do you charge based on a flat fee or a percentage of the budget?

To be fair to our clients, I evaluate the needs of each wedding or event and create a flat rate.  This helps our clients know up-front costs for budgeting and reassures them I am negotiating on their behalf.

Do you receive kickbacks from vendors for referrals?

When applicable, we gladly accept up to a 10% industry standard commission on guest rooms from hotels for managing group blocks. We do not mark up services or receive kick-backs from vendors for referrals, however, labor charges and design fees might apply based on the complexity of the project.  Our referrals are based strictly on the reputation of vendors we have worked with in the past that we believe best suit your event and budget.

How many ShaFox staff will be present at my event?

Full service, destination, and corporate events are staffed based on the needs of the production, and all of this labor is built into the cost when the contract is signed.
