JUNIOR PROM 2021

This is a non-sanctioned school event for Eastern High School's junior class only.  One guest/date is allowed to accompany the student.  Only 170 tickets will be sold and are NON-REFUNDABLE.

** PARENT/GUARDIAN DROP-OFF REQUIRED:**

For your safety, attendees are NOT permitted to drive to or from the event.  Parent/Guardians will be required to drop students off at hotel valet and sign a form indicating which student(s) and their guests they are dropping off and picking up.  The Parent/Guardian can bring and take home a group of kids in their vehicle.  That parent/guardian can sign in/out their entire carload.

Limos and buses are permitted, but again, an adult must sign you in and out of the event.  No student will be permitted to enter the dance without having a Parent/Guardian signature.  Tickets will not be refunded if you show up without an adult dropping you off.

**FACE MASKS + TEMPERATURE CHECK**

As a courtey to hotel guests, please wear a facemask when entering and exiting the hotel.  Temperature checks may be taken as a procaution.

**DINNER SERVICE**

The hotel will be serving a plated meal consisting of chef's choice of salad, chicken, veggie, starch, rolls, and non-alocholic beverages.  For dessert, the Louisville Chocolate Fountain will be treating everyone to amazing sweets!

If you have any food allergies, you can list those when you purchase your ticket.  We will do our best to accommodate your requests.
