Join Louisville's most prestigious vendors at this high-end bridal event highlighting the most creative decor & design wedding trends in our area. Showcase your talent and help couples plan their dream weddings.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Unfortunately, we cannot refund the show fee if a vendor is unable to participate after registration. You will still receive the list of couples that attended the show.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Vendors that participate can provide 100 promotional materials/items for the swag bags for free. An enhanced listing on the newly designed Louisville Wedding website (launching 2023) will be included as well.
This show has an open floor plan with booth space around a 10x10 area. If more space is needed, please contact Ellen Fox at 502-235-7152 with design requests and booth placement.
LOAD IN DETAILS
Load in, setup times and location information will be shared with vendors by July 17. Please keep in mind that location requests will be honored on a first come first serve basis. All vendors will receive the wedding show lead list by Tuesday, July 25.
VENDOR MIXER
Before we open the doors, vendors will have a cocktail party to check out all the booths, network, and sip some champagne from 12:00pm - 12:30pm.
